A former director contacted me a few days ago and wanted to meet up for lunch. It was great seeing her and another colleague today. I hadn’t seen the director since she left the company a couple years ago. She thought retirement suited me. Said I looked well rested and five years younger. HA!
The visit reminded me how nice it is to reconnect with people who helped write certain chapters in our lives. I’ll always be grateful for their input and their kindnesses to me.
