Tomorrow is Friday. I hope you’ve had a good week, thus far. The sweetest part of my week was Tuesday evening, watching precious Trae—my great nephew—play Tee Ball. His team is the Astros, and he was the best little player out there. No, really. He was. Here he is on his way to First Base. Go, Trae!!
This evening, I’m taking comfort in knowing that God knows where I am, what I need and when I need it. I wrote a song about that once upon a time, and it holds true today. One thing I know, God doesn’t get in a hurry. Trusting him can be challenging at times, but I am a witness that he can be trusted. On a rainy day. On a sunny day. On a happy day. On a sad day. He can be trusted. A blessed night to you, dear friend, and may you cast your cares on the one who loves you most. He really cares for you... and so do I.
