I’ve enjoyed seeing your daughters’ pictures this evening, celebrating National Daughters Day. I had no clue what day it was, but here is a special picture of my beloved daughter, wrapped in a quilt made by her Nana. My love for her has always been unconditional. When she brings me joy, I love her. When she brings me pain, I love her. Nothing can ever separate her from my love. Neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, can separate my daughter from the love I carry for her in my heart. It's like my Heavenly Father’s love for me. He doesn’t love me more when I please him and less when I don’t. He just loves me—forever and always, come rain or come shine. I don't have to earn his love, just as my daughter doesn't have to earn mine. All I have to do is breathe. I pray your week ahead is a good one, and that you remember God's bountiful love for you.
"Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God," 1 John 3:1.
