Happy Birthday, Sweet Leslie

My one and only had a birthday today. I hope it was happy, and I hope her wishes come true. This video was taken the day after her third birthday. It was a Saturday evening. Her dad was at the fire station. After I got her bathed and dressed for bed and got her hair rolled, she was insistent on me taking a video of her singing a song. She was a very exuberant and enthusiastic singer as a child, and I loved hearing and watching her. This clip always makes me smile. No matter how old she gets, and no matter how long and winding the road is between us, she will always be my sunshine, and I will always treasure the memories we’ve made. Enjoy!
